Being our Sales Manager, you are expected to be a role model as a sales person, identify and attract talented salespeople, as well as onboard, train, coach and nurture them to have a high-performance sales teams, and lead them to generate hit revenue forecasts. Your clients would be factories or any manufacturing businesses who needs manual workforce

  • Empathy and ability to understand customer viewpoint and customer service
  • Demonstrate ability to define and execute sales goals
  • Generate and qualify the shortlist of B2B Sales leads by looking closely at business to business prospects
  • Ability to manage time and hold yourself accountable for results
  • Embrace ambiguity and work with other teams to improve the product and sales results
  • Acquire, close the deals with new clients and upsell current clients
  • Recruit, hire and train new members of the sales staff
  • Set up strategic planning and implementation plans for team
  • Work with Product team and support teams toward achieving sales goals
  • Resolve customer complaints and look for ways to improve customer relations
  • Present sales, revenue, expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the founding team
