Being our Sales Executive, you are expected to promote our mass recruitment solution to our target customers (mainly factories), close the deals and achieve revenue target of the company.

  • Open to learn and unlearn
  • Master the art of networking
  • Demonstrate ability to define and execute sales goals
  • Generate and qualify the shortlist of B2B Sales leads by looking closely at business to business prospects
  • Engage with B2B Sales prospects face-to-face, and via telephone as needed
  • Ability to manage time and hold yourself accountable for results
  • Embrace ambiguity and work with other teams to improve the product and sales results
  • Work with Product team and support teams toward achieving sales goals
  • Gather market and customer information 
  • Present the product or service favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
  • Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions
